XAUUSD & XAGUSD LOT SIZE CALCUALTOR - BY ADRIANFX94This calculator is a tool designed for traders who trade on the financial markets with instruments like gold (XAUUSD) and silver (XAGUSD). It helps you determine the appropriate lot size to trade based on your account balance, desired risk percentage, and stop-loss size in pips.
Here's how it works:
Account Balance: You input your account balance in US dollars (USD). This is the amount of money you have available to trade.
Risk Percentage: You specify the percentage of your account balance that you are willing to risk on each trade. For example, if you set it to 1%, you are willing to risk 1% of your account balance on a single trade.
Stop Loss Pip Size: You set the size of your stop loss in pips. A stop loss is a risk management tool that defines the maximum amount you are willing to lose on a trade.
The calculator then uses this information along with contract sizes and pip sizes for gold and silver to calculate the appropriate lot size for each instrument. Lot size refers to the number of units or contracts you will trade.
The results are displayed in a table on the top-right corner of your trading chart. The table shows your account balance, the risk percentage you set, and the calculated lot size for gold and silver. The lot size represents the number of contracts you should trade for each instrument to align with your risk management strategy.
By using this calculator, traders can make informed decisions about their trade sizes, ensuring they manage their risk effectively and trade in a way that aligns with their account balance and risk tolerance. It helps traders avoid overexposing their accounts to risk and helps maintain a disciplined trading approach.

Lot Size CalculatorThis is a public release of my Lot Size Calculator. I received a request for the code from a user so I am republishing the script so I can make it public (TV doesn't seem to give me the option to simply make it public once published ).
This is a very simple script to use. Simply choose your entry level and stop level on the chart and the indicator will calculate the lots. You can change your account risk and base currency units in the settings along with changing the scaling of the calculation to adjust the results with the lot sizing units of your broker. This allows the calculator to be used with CFDs, forex, Gold, etc.. Hope it helps in your trading it has been the single most useful tool in my trading as it has helped me always keep my risk locked up and on point that is why I released it.
One final quick note: Remember you can save your settings for your own account size and risk so you do not always have to modify the defaults when loading the script. Just a ease of use tip. I only add the script to my chart when I am about to take a trade so it is helpful to have everything set up in advance.
Scenario Close Price [Skiploss]You have opened multiple positions in your account ? This is what will help you calculate. It will definitely calculate the total lots size that you have opened. Furthermore, it will also calculate the results of how much profit or loss you have made. All you have to do is slide the line to the scenario line.
The system will calculate the data for each order that you have entered and display the results in the table in the top right of the screen.
Maximum is 7 positions.
Position Sizing Tool [Skiploss]The position sizing tool is an indicator to help calculate in trading, such as loss and gain, lots size, and risk-reward ratio.
When you open the indicator, you must select the entry, take profit, and stop-loss points.
Be careful;
The take profit point must be more than the entry point in the long position. On the other hand, it will be a short position.
The stop loss point must be less than the entry point in the long position. On the other hand, it will be a short position.
For contract size, you can find details on MetaTrader, Ctrader, or your broker.
Position Tools [Lot,Profit,Loss,Entry,RR,Balance][Mir Nader]This indicator is the advanced version of the position tool in Trading View. When I opened a trade in Metatrader, I had to switch between the MetaTrader and Trading View programs for the amount of profit or loss, that's why I thought of writing an indicator that shows the exact amount of profit, loss, size and other values of the open trade. It came to my mind.
Also, when you use the reply section for backtesting, this indicator helps you to use all the necessary information in each Trade to accurately calculate Trades.
To enter, it is enough to specify the three entry points, target and stop loss according to the message that is displayed to you, so that all the necessary information will be displayed for you.
Well, let's get to the main explanation about how the indicator works :
The indicator consists of two parts :
1 - the calculation table
2 - trade on the chart
Calculation table
This table shows the exact calculations of your trade live.
As you can see, this table consists of 10 sections, which I will describe each.
1 - Your trade entry point on the chart
2 - Your Stop Loss point along with the loss Pip amount
3 - Your Take Profit point along with the Profit Pip amount
4- The fourth part of the table, which is the most important part in my view, shows your current profit amount according to the risk percentage and your Broker Commission per Lot you have defined for Trade, and according to the balance, risk, Tp and Sl value, just like a Risk Management. It suggests the volume of your input based on the lot.
5 - Show the percentage change of the main market according to your trade live
6 - Display the value of Risk to Reward both according to Target Profit and live
7 - This section and the next section of the table show the amount of profit live according to the amount of the lot determined by you and without the risk of the transaction.
8 - Display the current amount of your balance according to whether the trade is in profit or loss
trade on the chart
The second part of the indicator includes the events that are being displayed on your chart
This section supports three types of display modes for buying or selling trades.
The first condition of your trade is that the price has not yet reached the entry point.
The second state is your trade that has not yet hit your target or stop
And the third state of your trade is that your target or stop has been hit.
Further Details :
I am still working on many conditions to add to the indicator and this will take more time.
For example, showing RR live on the chart after each touch has been added for buying Trade but this part is still problematic for selling Trade In the picture below, you can see that your Trade has already passed 3R profit
I have placed three labels next to each Trade for you so that you can see the values of Tp, Stop and Live without needing a table. These values will soon be visible with more options.
All calculations with precise mathematical formulas for accurate performance have been done by myself.
I will be at your service soon with more updates, I will be happy if you send me your suggestions to improve the indicator.
Lots / Leverage / Margin [JoseMetal]============
ENGLISH

- Description:
This is a utility indicator, it prints a table with ATR, Volatility, Lotage and Margin for 3 custom timeframes, using the ATR of basis, it calculates volatility (%) and a recommended lotage depending on your risk settings.
A few months ago i fled from crypto exchanges to regulated brokers, and working with lots instead of plain margin was a bit of headache, i also trade with crypto, currencies, metals and indexes, each with different volatility, leverage... so this tool was a MUST for me to code.
So basically, this tool allows to keep the same RISK for every single asset, no matter if they have different volatility.
- Visual:
The indicator shows a table with all the info explained, ATR, Volatility...
For each timeframe it also prints 3 periods, short, long and average, you can show/hide timeframes and the different periods.
- Customization:
Colors in the table are custom, as well as the font size.
The risk management settings start with the margin you want to use as average, then you can customize your asset leverage, the risk (which is a value you HAVE to keep the same for all assets to balance the results correctly) and units per lot.
You can increase/decrease risk if you want to, i personally take DAILY values with a 18-20 risk to trade on a 4H chart.
For the "units per lot" take in mind that usually that value is ONE, but in some assets with really low value like currencies or some crypto your broker can set 1 lot to xxxx units, that's why you have that option.
- Usage and recommendations:
As i said i trade from 4H to daily, that's why my risk setting is 18-20, i use the lots plotted in the table on DAILY.
If you're more a scalper, just adjust the timeframes to your needs :)
Enjoy!

Forex Lot Size CalculatorI grew very tired of opening a Forex Calculator Website in the moment I wanted to enter a trade copying and pasting the values as fast as I can to make sure my trade is the correct size like a responsible trader before I hit the buy button :') SO I put together this indicator tool to make the process faster and just better for myself. I have been using it for a bit and I have found it very helpful in my own process so I thought I should share it with the TV community.
The indicator does as it's title suggest. Simply add it to your chart follow to two prompts...Step one select your entry price. Step two select your stop loss price. The indicator will then load the position box for your trade. In the settings you can set your account balance, Risk % per trade and your risk to reward ratio. You also have the option to change the account base currency, the indicator will calculate the lots required to reflect the base currency that you have selected.
Things to note: This calculator is intended to give you a quick idea of an appropriate lot size for your desired trade there are many different factors that many influence the results of the calculations. Please take the time to review the results before entering your trades this tool is intend to add in your process; calculations are not guaranteed. The tool is for the Forex Market obviously.
For the most efficient way to deploy this tool I've found keeping it in my favorites section of my indictors is the best way to use it. I add it to the chart sets my points read the lots then remove it from the chart. You can modify the settings for the entry and stop each time and just leave the indictor on the chart however if you trade many pairs it becomes more tedious to type in manually the new price levels each time. It is far more simpler and fast to grab the tool out of the favs tab click the two points and read the result. Just remember to save your account settings ie: Balance, Risk, Base currency, etc...as the default settings of the indicator so everything is set up when you want to use it( You can save your settings at the bottom of the settings tab). I truly hope this tool helps your process. God bless and happy trading.

Forex Lot Size CalculatorTo use indicator you need to provide enter and stop prices(you can drag these lines also). Also you able to set your Account Size in USD, Risk in % and Commission you pay your broker per lot.
Indicator calculates all this information and provides you with Lot Size(with commission) you need to open a position and target prices for 2R and 3R(also includes commission).
Feel free to comment and request new features.

LotSizeCalc_v1 (EUR)Hey there,
here I like to publish my first TradingView Script for the Indicator "LotSizeCalc" which calculates the LotSize for the currency '€' for e.g. the MT4-App depending on the following parameters:
- Stop Loss in pips (example: 30 pips)
- Account Balance in EUR (example: 500€)
- Risk in % (example: 1%)
It is very similar to the MyFxBook Calculator on their website, where you can compare the results for the lotsize.
You receive the calculated value next to the indicator, and - for mobile device - it also shows a label with the calculated lotsize (which you can deacivate via settings if you like).
The indicator works for the included common foreign Forex pairs (AUD, CAD, CHF, JPY, JPY, GBP, NZD, USD) in order to calculate the risk to a EUR-Trading Account.
Actually, the Script allows in general some adaptations due to your trading system. This one is the most basic version.
Happy pips and I wish you safe and risk-calculated trading!
Marcel :)
