ðĨXRP CHAMBER OF DIGITAL COMMERCE JOINSðĨ
ðĨAlright so basically the Chamber of Digital Commerce has joined the XRP group chat and has submitted a motion for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in the SEC v. Ripple case.
ðĨFor those that don't know, an Amicus Curiae is when an individual or organization which is not a party to a legal case offers information to assist a court with expertise or insight that may help clarify things and issues on the case. The decision to consider the amicus brief then lies in the discretion of the court on whether or not to accept it or not.
ðĨThe chamber with the brief plays an important role in providing the court with the necessary overview of the current state of law and could play a big part in things to come and ultimately help Ripple in general. If you'd like to read the article it'll be linked below:
