After the -12% drop on Nvidia last month, Nvidia actually broke the final support trendline towards the downside. However bulls are about to break it again towards the upside, which would confirm the false bearish breakdown, leading to a short squeeze rally of about +50%.

Since Nvidia has only one day left before we will see the monthly candle closing, it is 99% expected that Nvidia actually confirmes the bearish breakdown. This would most likely lead to an immediate bearish crackdown and a second drop of about -45% during 2025.

Market structure is just so simple and even Nvidia is now a candidate which is perfectly following the cycles and my respective analysis. Dropping more than -25% in just a couple of days, it is quite likely that the bearish pressure will continue in the near future.
