Nature of move down highlights likely underlying weakness in oil

looking to sell oil going into Q2 2019, nature of move down in 2018 highlights probable weakness. Price action should be somewhat correlated with NNQ $SPX. A move up to 65's is a possible scenario however i believe it is likely sell will come before then.
