Our chatbot assistant can find answers to most questions instantly. If your issue is more complex, the chatbot will offer you the option to submit a support request. Our agents will respond via this ticket.

For users on a paid plan, submitting a support request is the primary method for handling complex or account-specific issues. If you are on the Basic plan and have a billing-related issue, you can send an email to support@tradingview.com.
