EMA + Lower Timeframe EMA (correct display in Replay Mode)

This indicator shows

• one EMA for the current timeframe
  
• one EMA for a lower timeframe
  

Unlike the built-in Tradingview EMA indicator, this indicator shows the correct values for the lower timeframe EMA during Replay Mode.
