TSS - THE SESSION SETUP
The Methodology
THE SESSION SETUP (TSS) is a price-action framework that utilizes session-specific volatility to define intraday expansion zones. By isolating the opening ranges of the Asia, London, and New York sessions on the 15-minute (M15) timeframe, TSS identifies clear institutional "interest zones."

The algorithm monitors these ranges for two specific price-action events:

Primary Breakouts: Decisive candle closes outside the session boundaries.

Liquidity Reversals (Counter-Signals): Identification of "fake-outs" where price traps initial breakout traders before reversing through the entire session range.

Features
Automated Session Boxes: Dynamic range calculation for all major global sessions.

Precision TP Levels: Systematic profit targets based on the measured session range (R).

Timeframe Integrity: Built-in guard to ensure the logic is only applied to the M15 timeframe, preserving the accuracy of the range calculations.

Visual Median: Dotted mid-lines to identify the "mean" price within a session.

TSS (The Session) by DeltaLab
Overview

TSS (The Session) is a session-based analytical indicator designed exclusively for the 15-minute timeframe.
It structures price behavior around predefined market sessions by marking an initial session range and tracking how price reacts relative to that range.

The indicator is built to provide clear visual context for session-based market movement and potential directional behavior.

How It Works
1. Session Detection

TSS identifies predefined market sessions and automatically initializes a session when a new session begins.
Each session is treated independently and resets all internal states.

2. Session Range Construction

At the start of each session, the indicator draws a range box based on early price action.
This range defines the session high, session low, and a midline for visual reference.
The session range acts as the primary structure for all further analysis.

3. Directional Identification

After the session range is established, TSS monitors price behavior:
A bullish condition is identified when price closes above the session high
A bearish condition is identified when price closes below the session low
Only the first valid directional condition per session is considered.

4. Projection Levels

When a directional condition occurs, fixed projection levels are plotted automatically.
These levels are derived from the height of the session range and remain static once drawn.
They are intended as analytical reference levels, not targets or guarantees.

5. Counter (Fakeout) Context

If price later closes back through the opposite side of the session range after a direction has been established, a counter condition is marked.

In these cases:

Alternative projection levels are plotted
Labels clearly distinguish these as possible scenarios
This provides additional context when the initial session direction fails.

Important Notes
Designed for M15 timeframe only
Session times are fixed and non-adaptive
All drawings are plotted in real time and do not repaint
The indicator does not provide trade signals
All zones, labels, and levels are analytical references only

⚠️ Indicator Error Notice

This indicator is strictly designed for the 15-minute timeframe (M15).

If you apply it to any other timeframe, the script will intentionally stop and display an error.
This behavior is by design to protect the logic, structure, and accuracy of the setup.

How to fix:

Switch your chart timeframe to 15 minutes (M15)

Reload the indicator

Using this indicator outside its intended timeframe may result in invalid zones, false signals, or misleading outputs.
