Candlestick Patterns + windows Mod by Boernerer

My modifications for the candlestick pattern script by Robert Waddell.

Changelog
- Added window (= gaps) detection
- Added Bear/Bull Sash
- Modified candlestick ID code
- Candlesticks will only be displayed if above or below TLine
