START with this SPECIFIC ES futures chart from Capital.com

How you update it each day (the simple workflow):

1. On your ES chart, click the gear ⚙️ next to:
ES Daily Levels (paste text) + Majors (clean labels) [v5]

Go to Inputs.

In “Supports (paste text)” → paste the new supports.

In “Resistances (paste text)” → paste the new resistances.

Click OK.
→ All lines and labels refresh instantly.


2. In that same area you can change the colors, thickness of lines.
