SIGMABASIS: ULTRATREND VWAPs (sUV v1.5)

SUV utilizes three functions: VWAP bands, Reversal Point POCs, and moving VWAP . With confirmation and stacking the confluences together, no matter what type of trade is being done, from scalping to swing trading, you can use it to make better decisions and optimize your trading performance.

A word of caution for trading breakouts:
- 60% of the breakouts are fakeouts
- so it's better to wait for retest and place stop loss close to first retest to reduce risk
- As long as color of bar is green and there is buy signal close to VWAP band lines (Upper, lower or middle), take only Buys.
- As long as color of bar is red and there is sell signal close to VWAP band lines (Upper, lower or middle), take only Sells.

Understanding VWAP cloud and taking VWAP cloud trades:

In general:
- When price above VWAP cloud = bullish
- When price below VWAP cloud = bearish

In Market Structure context:
- Price below VWAP cloud and below VWAP band = Strong bearish trend
- Price above VWAP cloud and above VWAP Band = Strong Bullish trend
- Price above VWAP band and below VWAP cloud = Bullish Retracement OR First sign on trend change
- Price below VWAP band and above VWAP cloud = Bearish Retracement or First sign of trend reversal

Using MTF analysis and confluence:
- Check HTF
- Is it a buy or sell signal? E.g 15m/ 4h /1 D
- Check signal timeframe (Timeframe you going to trade?)
- Is it a buy or sell signal? E.g 5m / 15m/ 1h
- If they align, we have confluence and high probability trade

How to use SUV?

1) Adjust Timeframe first for VWAP BAND:
- For lowertimeframe (30m, 15m, etc), use VWAP band from D, 12H, timeframe
- for 4H, use Weekly timeframe
- for Daily, use monthly, Quaterly timeframe
2) If price is within band and ranging, short the top, and long the bottom (If price is failing to break above upperband and break below lower band, it's a ranging market)
3) When price is trending, buy the first and second retest of SUV band or VWAP cloud
4) Price above lowerband and middleband and upperband = bullish
5) Price below upperband and middleband and lowerband = bearish
6) If you buy and sell with algo, wait for BUY signal, then wait for candle to turn green.
5) If you sell, wait for SELL signal, then wait for candle to turn red.
