The Strat Tools

This indicator will be collection of tools for using Rob Smith's The Strat.

Currently only bar numbers is implemented.

Every individual tool can be enabled or disabled and customized.

Changed default timeframes to D, W and M

Changed to use bar open value in Multi Time Frame Continuation. You can always revert to use previous close if you want. I added a setting for that.

Disabled lower time frame cells in the time frame continuation table (Pine Script limitation)
