+ Multi time frame analysis tool for trend continuity+ Strat signals (beta)

Changed default timeframes to D, W and MChanged to use bar open value in Multi Time Frame Continuation. You can always revert to use previous close if you want. I added a setting for that.

- Disabled lower time frame cells in the time frame continuation table (Pine Script limitation)
