$XPL double bottom in?

Looks like XPL could be headed up, I took a position at $1.03. The two largest things I notice are a double bottom on the 1 hour chart right above the .618 fib retracement level. This is a double confluence and the best thing I have seen pointing towards a bottom sign. Let's see.
