XLM Smelling?

After a buy print at the breakout and retest we see XLM rising. So what's the reason. SEC has just closed XRP lawsuit with a fine , so it's seems there's gonna spike in the xlm.

Target: 0.10600 and above

Stoploss: Below that ema line
