So, XELA did come close to the 3.2000 to 3.0000 price levels as stated on JUNE 16, 2023, but lets see if it will break through the 5.4600 price level for a sure UP and UP.

As it was called on JUNE 16, XELA did come down to the 3.2000 to 3.0000 price levels, so NOW lets see if XELA can go up to break the 8.8600 price level for a SURE fire up (it's NOT the 5.4600 price level that was stated on SEPT 27, it's a miss-typo, it's the 6.6000 price level that XELA must break for it to be SURE that it's going up).

Okay, XELA is WAKING UP from it's long sleep (accumulation), so once it breaks up - past it's price barrier of 8.90, than it should be a sure fire up.
