XBTUSD vs IOTAETH correlation

There seems to be an interesting "correlation" between XBTUSD on Bitmex and IOTAETH on Binance.
If IOTAETH is rising for 11 candles, while XBTUSD is falling - XBTUSD seems to follow IOTAETH and will reverse the current trend.
