I don't like where this is going. Copper, battery metals, precious metals, conflict minerals, big tech, uranium, select crypto foremost BTC, Hydrogen - yes Hydrogen

But why is wood faltering? Builders like Lennar are faltering,, and 50% of contracts now fall apart in the states. Housing volume new and old is piling up, and days on market are getting longer. Delinquencies are spiking, and as a leading indicator, cars are being impounded at a record rate.

I don't like to see what looks like a collapse coming in wood prices, but if you're a private builder, it will be the time to buy wood cheap. You know how I do.
