VTC-BTC 18k first before breakout

Buy zone: 18K-23K
Breakout: two weeks (no just kidding... or not?)
Probably mid april/may

Scenarios:
(1) VTC reaches 18K --> going upwards
(2) VTC stays at 22K/23K --> going upwards
(2) VTC reaches 18K --> going sideways for a few weeks/months depending on BTC

Therefore I believe most alts are at their bottom already and are just waiting out Bitcoin's behaviour.
