Markets Crash when VIX hits $9

The relationship couldn't be more clear.
It will be a great summer for equities, then crash, I guess lol :)

I appreciate the replies to this idea. After further analysis, I noticed that the VIX forms lower lows in the micro POV after recoveries from black swans. This is because the U.S. economy is macro bullish. Assuming so, I believe the lowest the VIX can go is around $7.75, while we get the final melt-up in stocks, before the biggest crash in history!
