Fail at channel line, or bullish breakout?

VEN could be turned down as it is hitting the top of a trend channel in VEN/BTC. But I detected a possible energy build in the VEN/USD chart that could push it up and out of the channel creating a very bullish posture. The only question......Will it be enough?
If it fails, it is still bullish, but will not be a good buy until it drifts to the bottom of the VEN/BTC channel.
