USOIL is clearly at a bottom !! STRONG BUY

Even if people do not realise it, Oil is a very strategic asset. I thing that the last two huge drops has been created to weaken Russia and probably for some happy few to buy at low price this vital asset for global economy.

Oil have reached a bottom and I would advise to accumulate contrats at the current price.
