usdt.d rejecting: playing the range or breakout

usdt.d rejected the critical 6.75% area and therefore is still in that range its been for two years now. Im looking at a potential breakout to the upside for a bearish confirmation, or a revisit to the 5% areas. I would like it to continue playing the range and test the green low 4% area / high 3% area.
