USDCAD Short Sell To Buy Long

I see UC selling short on the 4H to finish its right shoulder and to complete its bullish flag pattern. To sell to an OB(order block) @ 1.39040 which is where I have a buy limit placed which would complete the Head & buy to complete the right shoulder on the daily TF.
