NASDAQ ready for 20% rally like end of 2019?

Pattern looks like a close match to the end of 2019 when the NASDAQ was breaking out before COVID hit. Upside could be 15% to 20% before the next sizeable pull back. I know this seems counter to all the calls for a big pullback in SPX, but I am just going by patterns here and what seems like a strong shift out of value stocks and into tech.
