Unemployment rate below Bollinger Band hard to keep rithm

Tomorrow will be published the highly expected NFPR and unemployment rate, we are almost about the rate that FED had signaled before December as a threshold for keep the rates ultra-low, even when now this guys have declared the rates will keep ultra-low well long after the the 6.5% had been breached the rate of unemployment still a significant measure (the best that they could have now) to watch.
Technically as you can see the rate hardly can keep bellow the 2 standard deviations from the 20 months moving average, so i think the chances to keep the pace of recovery in the labor market are slim.
This is important because a pullback of several months in the unemployment rate could lead a pause or at least a reduction in the pace of tampering of the QE which probably could have an important impact in the value of the dollar, equity markets and bonds.
