10X looking for the Cup & Handle Breakout Pattern to form.

Should this ticker perform as expected there could be some great upside.
Has been bashed for some time.
However - whilst the medical sectors are weak - their could be a potential for a nice upside gain soon.

The Cup and Handle looks to be forming now due to positive sentiment.
Should the pattern form - TA shows a further momentum to the upside.

+25% Upside potential if plays out.

I Projected the Cup Low up - shows a potential Target of $20.30 If the TA Plays out.
However with choppy markets now - could take time. My probability estimate is 66%.
