Cypher off the Gartley - revised targets/time to target

TSLA still as bullish as my last post, its done this setup before (which I posted about weeks ago but it was on a smaller scale and it worked out).. I should have seen this coming as a repeat at larger scale.

All that changes is slightly adjusted targets/time to target:

- 830s pre-earnings
- 950s post earnings
