BAT#4: TSLA ready for massive move. BTC going up from 38k bounce

TSLA: Bband feel down, meaning we have a small downturn, so we won't up just yet, however it spike to an oversold region and will come back soon.

BTC: Confirming the 38k uptrend, as long as we don't go to low the bullish news will keep on coming.
