A lot of major altcoins have broken through support or are in the process of breaking through support. Slowly but surely, they are following in the footsteps of the dotcom companies that crashed 95-99% before the end was near. I'll assume total capitulation until proven otherwise (higher highs and higher lows on high time frames).
