Will altcoins continue to rise?

A cup-and-handle pattern has formed on the chart of altcoins' total capitalization. The price has broken through the upper boundary (resistance) and is now testing this level as support. According to the rules of this pattern, target = cup height.
This could be a good opportunity for altcoin growth.
