TCS Group Holdings (TGH) entered into a conditional share sale agreement (SSA) with Super Advantage Property SB (SAP) for the acquisition of 25% equity interest in Southern Score SB (SSSB) for RM30m. The acquisition will be satisfied via issuance of 60 million new shares in TGH at RM0.50 per ordinary share.
