Transcontinental (TCL.A): A Nice Cup and Handle is Forming

Transcontinental (TCL.A) is one of the Canadian Dividend Growth companies that I like and follow closely.
Recently I noticed a nice cup and handle formation on the chart that may be a sign of future growth.

Once we break $20.50 price range definitively, more upside is possible.
