TECHM Is completing Head and shoulder pattern, BUY for a initial target of Rs.1130 and followed by Rs.1500

Correction, it is not head and shoulder pattern, it is double bottom formation. if it reverses at 1130 and retraces to 830 then it is called head and shoulder pattern.
