Paypal in the final part of disbelief before a move back to ATH!

Paypal is in the final stages of the disbelief phase of this technical market cycle. I truly believe that Paypal can see a 200/400% rally over the next 12/24 months providing that management can start to execute.

Im long here. $200 minimum is my target.
