Constant records on the PX1GR (CAC40 with reinvested div) and higher relative strength versus the DAX (which compounds reinvestments): I believe the talks about equity risk premium do not hold. MIF2 related issues are way too visible with drying volume and liquidity around these weeks. Manipulable fixing price with "abnormal" volume during the last 5 minutes (due to lower execution costs, algo-followers etc).
