It realy looks like a reverse H&S that is about to break upwards. The neck have already been tested twice. If we extrapolate the formation, that brings us around the 31ish.
In addition to that, the price seems squeezed between the 20 and the 50 days MA and we're starting to see an upwards in the volume.
I think we're about to see a big move on the upside.
