Watching for a breakout on PCVX

Breakout Criteria:
- ADR 5%+
- Significant expansion of volume on breakout day (Atleast 2x prior daily volume)
- RS Line is trending up and in bullish territory (as currently)
- Tighter the range the better (currently approx. 4%)
