PCTL is a BUY!!!

PCTL is in a consolidated channel that has a possible breakout. Firstly, we see nice rise in the RSI. Most traders would think this means it is overbought. Though it actually shows a bullish divergence, and shows there is built up momentum. Secondly, the MACD has a bullish cross. This shows us that the stock is likely to rise. It is up to you traders, but PCTL is a BUY!!!
