Long $PATH

Long base build up for 3/4 years. Momentum is turning positive on volume build up. Looking for a golden cross on the weekly chart which should send us up to our first target 22.50 and then targetting 25.5 with the second target.

Stop loss is below the current 50ma. 4-1 RR.
