ECOMI (OMI) analysis, going long, what do you think?

ECOMI RSI is oversold, volume on mac d is down. bouncing from trend, a good time to buy?

I'm relatively new to technical analysis so please comment below :) What else should I consider to analyze this chart? Any input will always be appreciated.
