Retracement on Crude hit 0.618 fib. Correction over?

Price recovery on oil has reached 0.618fib, at $18, will the recovery/correction continue? Or is the larger downtrend going to take over? I still don't see any demand for oil fundamentally, my bet is we probably go down again.
