REASONS BEHIND A POSSIBLE RETRACEMENT
âĒ Firstly, a double top pattern which is a strong bearish reversal pattern,A possible fall or good amount of retracement is expected in coming days if broke 14350 psychological support level and which would eventually break the trend line as well as the NECKLINE which NIFTY has been following since DECEMBER
âĒ NIFTY50 being at all time high could be a bubble that could burst anytime sooner because it doesnât seems like whole of the businesses went back to normal with such great efficacy !
âĒ watching the global cues which is mostly negative does supports the argument of being bearish in coming days and so does the inefficiency of COVID-19 vaccines which led to so many death
âĒ Finally, the continuous bull run and a inverted hammer last day(FRIDAY) does supports the show of possible retracement in coming days before continuation of bull run.
