Waiting for NEO bottom - price for the bounce

What is the price for that hard drop to be followed by a bounce?
I'm posting up the price range from a historical perspective and recent support lines.
Since bounces happen very quickly, one must put the buy price in before it happens and then sell at the bounce top for a quick short.

Observations:
BTC downward trend but the weekly charts show since August we have had higher lows and lower highs, showing sideways movement with no clear direction.
NEO is like most ALTS move alike as per BTC, not necessary the same %
Very ranges from 14.3 to 17 depending how much BTC drops and the rate of its drop.
14.3 to 15.5 seems to be the very bottom
As BTC Weekly shows we have higher lows and lower highs, then its likely the bottom is more higher than previous times indicating around 17

Still watching the struggle for a break out of NEO where MA20 acting as a resistance. We had a strong rally hitting 18.663 and then a pullback to 17.38. Neo people are bullish (me too) as its a coin that's dropped over 90% so its a good buy however I still believe like many do for BTC that there is further lows to go. I'm looking for the dips and maybe more patient than others because I bought at the last dip of 16.6 and 17 (and held onto them). My thoughts is after this rally of BTC bulls will get exhausted, then the bears who have been winning for some time will jump in. The bottom is not yet achieved and hence we will have what I still say between 14.3 -17. Really depends on BTC bottom.
