NEO to 130$ then drop to 20$

Hi guys!

Another great structure is developing on NEO.
There will be a bunch of money to be made on the breakouts.

I think we will see another upside in BTC.
But the money won't go in alts when BTC drop again.
Too much fear after that.

I'll update this ideas on lower timeframes.
