I have re-entered the market with buys laddered in from 130 down to 125 after selling above 160 Sunday, March 26.

Price and Time targets were met as LTC broke 120 approximately 4 am March 29. The stock market portion did not materialize but the LTC was spot on. I also made an error in my haste regarding the 200 day MA of the DJIA which was near 23350, not 25350. (it was a typo)
I am not fully long LTC. Above is my current perspective on LTC, I will look into yearly price targets for the upside later on when/if the current bottom is confirmed.
