Potential movements within the nasdaq over the coming weeks

I have looked at chart trends and and a number of indicators to decide NASDAQ should be a buy over the long run.

- Bollinger bands - currently the price is towards the upper side of the Bollinger bands, therefore i think in the next couple of days it could drop slightly although over the long run it should increase as seen by the EMA.
-The macd indicator has been leading for a long time although doesn't look to be reverting
- The RSI is slightly high compared to what would be a good buy point although has stayed strong throughout past weeks
