The Russian stock exchange MOEX has been impacted by sanctions and war conditions in Ukraine. There is a clear mirroring in the price of BTC and the Russian exchange.

MOEX seems to have diverged... maybe a one time synchronization event? Unknown commonality between Ruble/BTC exchange? China could be facilitating exchange activity.
