IOTX creating Head and Shoulders Pattern

IOTX in my opinion is going to create a head an shoulders pattern (1h frame) in the next few hours, trade carefully!
Targets: 0.18, 0.166, 0.155
After the dip, I'm expecting a rise to 0.3$ minimum
