Intellect Design Arena has allotted 89,013 equity shares under ESOP. The paid-up share capital of the Company accordingly increases from Rs. 690,454,895/- divided into 138,090,979 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 690,899,960/- divided into 138,179,992 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
