ICP bullish breakout sym triangle

I've been watching ICP for a very long time now. We saw a very strong move upward and after that, a huge correction to the downside where it started forming a symmetrical triangle. I believe that it is about time to break out from this triangle to the upside. My first target is 11.90, but imo it can go much higher, escpecially under the current market conditions.
