Who else is accumulating ICP in the dips?

ICP is one I have been grabbing every time we dip, consistently getting it around 38.50

Has been trading in an accumulation range for 170+ days , OBV signals the higher low over all accumulation trend
ATH is +6600% above

Now price is beginning to squeeze between trend and demand area below the 40ish, break from this trend hopefully sets us on a path upwards - though some more sideways price action is not unexpected. money to be made going sideways too, trading range relation lows to highs is roughly +100%, -50%

Who else is accumulating in this range? I like to think some much bigger buyers than me :)
